Stone Chip Touch-Up Tips
Stone chip touch-ups are not about dumping a big blob of paint into the chip and hoping for the best.
One of the key steps is building the colour slowly with multiple thin layers of touch-up paint.
Thinning the paint slightly can also help it flow better, self-level, and reduce the chance of overfilling the chip.
The aim is not always perfection — it is about improving the appearance, sealing the exposed area, and making the chip far less noticeable.
And honestly, if stone chips really bother you, the best long-term option is to save up and have the high-impact areas protected with Paint Protection Film.
