Using a premium multi-stage polishing system from start to finish on the 2014 S3. We progressed through heavy compounding, medium polishing, and ultra-fine finishing on a rotary machine.
Finished on a Rotex125 DA/RO.
The medium polishing stage required a solid understanding of pressure techniques to safely work the hard European clear coat. To achieve the best results from professional Paint Correction, managing heat and machine control is an absolute must.
Black Gloss Pillars—2 stages of refinement using medium and fine polishes. Finishing required an approach of ultra-light finessing like a PRO.

The Chemical Guys V range polishes hard paints like European cars with Ceramic paints and US cars efficiently yet finishes perfectly.
Skill level required is high and experience is a must.
Working on hard paint requires excessive pressure, high speeds that generates heat to the paint fast which carries the potential to burn paint or catch other parts of the car. The heat and high speeds means a high level of control of your machine is necessary to avoid buffing through paint on corners, edges and other raised curves.
