Guard Rolling – AMG E55

GUARD Rolling AMG E55 requiring the front guards to be rolled by Des Wong
This AMG had caught, pulled the guard down nearly 90 degrees, split the paint slightly and distorted the panel.
My job was to first repair the lip of the guard by rolling it back up and passed back to the original angle and then secondly further passed the stock angle to prevent this issue from happening again
Heat is applied to reduce risk of damage although this model E Class has quite high tensile metal which is never a good thing for paint if rolling the front guards.
We salvaged most the guard with good results under these circumstances.
