Dealing with orange peel on a respray is a balancing act. You want to reduce the texture without compromising the clear coat longevity.

On this Black Evo X, the fresh paint had heavy peel that needed attention. We performed a wet sand on the sides to bring the texture down to a consistent, acceptable level that matches the rest of the car.

The result? The finish is now actually superior to the factory paint on the Porsche and Jaguar sitting right next to it in the workshop. That’s the difference proper paint levelling makes.
