When washing your car it is best to use the 2 bucket method.
But the most important thing is to use your own common sense of good housekeeping.
I highly recommend designating top half wash mitts from your downgraded or bottom half mitts.
The 2 bucket method is all about taking precautions so that you are less likely to cross contaminate.
If you prefer one bucket then I strongly suggest that you empty the bucket and refill with clean solution after the top half of the car is done.
When packing up I can not stress enough the importance of good housekeeping so I always rinse the washing mitts with clean water before putting them away.
Im sure all my customers would appreciate that the mitt I used on their car was always cleaned after every wash.
