2014 BMW 740i for a quick 3 stage Machine Polish using Swissvax Strong CF, Medium CF and Finish CF professional.
To level the paint from dealer scratches I used a coarse abrasive on a rotary spinning at 1200 rpm with variable pressures.
I have measured pressures by using metric weight units.
Pressure on the DW scale can be up to 8kgs.
The other 2 stages not only removes all buffing swirls and buffing holograms otherwise known as “buff marks” it will physically change the surface to be glossy, shiny and offer oustanding clarity.
After each of the 3 stages are complete each time the entire car must be wiped numerous times to eliminate cross contamination issues that may cause rouge swirks beung put back into the paint which in the old days were called “C Swirls”.
The owner went with the Crystal Rock upgrade for the LSP.
